About Me

Hi, Guys! My name is Anuradha and you are probably wondering who the hell is she to give us any advice? Well, I am just like you! I am no ‘Agony Aunt’ or ‘Ms. Life Expert’.

This is ‘MY SMALL WAY’ of spreading happiness, positivity, and joy in this ever so stressful and judgemental world. In the frenzy of achieving our goals, amongst a million expectations and disappointments we forget to look within ourselves often busy looking at others. We are always running behind the next thing, impatient to get over the ‘Now’.

I am also a writer for ‘Thrive Global’ founded by Arianna Huffington. She was also the Co-Founder and Editor in Chief of Huffington Post.

A bit about My Background:

I come from a simple and humble South Indian family, born and brought up in Mumbai. I am extremely proud of the values my parents gave me and the struggles we underwent together. They only made me richer in experience, my parents proud and that’s all that matters!

I have majored in Psychology and English Literature. I couldn’t fulfill my dream of being a Psychologist and you will know why if you keep reading my blog. I am now a HR Professional. I was never fully satisfied with my job although I love it and I am extremely grateful for everything it offers. I always knew it in my gut that there is more I want to do with my life and I have been everywhere and everything while daydreaming at work. The inner psychologist in me finally awakened! After going back and forth countless times and really questioning myself, I decided to take a leap of faith and just start this blog! So here I am! I sincerely thank my beautiful family and friends for their support and encouragement. I would never have the courage to do this without them.

You may judge or see me as unfit to do this but the best advice and lessons I got in life were from people like you and me. Everyone made a humble beginning once. My mistakes have been the most valuable lessons in life. If my blog helps plant the right thought in your head even without you realizing it, I consider myself successful.

“It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves and it is not possible to find it elsewhere” ~ Agnes Repplier.

Let’s have a wonderful journey together!

Chin up- Keep Smiling!

Love,

Anu
